Saluting Our Heroes on Veterans Day

On this Veterans Day, we at LogicMark find ourselves filled with gratitude for those who have dedicated their lives to serving our country. For us, supporting veterans is not just a tradition but a foundational part of our company’s history. This year, we are taking a step further in our commitment by making a $10,000 donation to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, a leading nonprofit organization that ensures veterans and their families receive essential support for a successful post-service life.

For more than a decade, our partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has been a crucial link in understanding and addressing the unique needs of veterans. We recognize that returning home is only the beginning of another journey for veterans, often marked by significant life adjustments and long-term battles with PTSD. The reality is that many veterans still face the aftereffects of service decades later, with stressors like retirement often exacerbating PTSD symptoms.

With this in mind, we’ve designed many of our devices to be a seamless fit for veterans. Our collaboration with the VA has led to customized hardware and software — products with innovative features that can truly make a difference. Our Guardian Alert 911 Plus is an example of this; it’s a mobile device we designed based on feedback from the VA. We refined the device’s features to align more closely with what veterans need, offering a tool for constant emergency support whether on the go or at home. For veterans struggling with past trauma or who are navigating mental health challenges, our devices serve as a discreet path for support.
