What happens when Emergency Services are contacted?
• If you do not cancel the alarm within 30 seconds, Aster will send you a text to check-in and make sure you are safe.
• If you do not respond, we will call you to confirm that you need emergency assistance and stay on the phone with until you are safe.
• We will dispatch emergency services if we can’t confirm your safety.
